I work with children (age 10+), teens, adults and families struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, mood disorders, trauma, and life stressors. I am trained in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing trained (EMDR), exposure response prevention (ERP), and motivational interviewing (MI).
